

Tiramisu Chia Pudding
If you love tiramisu you gotta try this! This vegan snack is just under 300 calories with 15 grams of protein! Try this as a breakfast or pre-workout snack, as it is a great way to get in some extra caffeine.

Ingredients
● 3 tbsp chia seeds (25g)
● 1 tbsp cocoa powder (8g)
● 1 cup of coffee
● 1 tsp maple syrup or 6-8 Myprotein vanilla FlavDrop
Toppings
● 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (4g)
● 250g coconut yoghurt
Cooking instructions
1. Add all the ingredients in a jar, stir well and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
2. Layer the chia pudding with the coconut yoghurt (double layer)
3. Top with cocoa powder.
4. Enjoy!
