Raspberry Hazelnut Baked Oats

If you’re looking for a slightly sweet something with your morning coffee, look no further than this baked oats recipe. It is ideal! Chocolate hazelnut in the middle layer and raspberries topping make a unique combination. Filling and fuelling!

Raspberry Hazelnut Baked Oats

Ingredients

● 50g rolled oats

● 50ml almond milk (or any plant milk)

● 1 mashed banana

● 1 scoop whey protein strawberry (optional)

● 1 tbsp Skinny Food Co. - Maple Syrup

●1 tsp baking powder

Toppings 

● 30g raspberries

● 1 tbsp Skinny Food Co. Chocaholic Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Cooking instructions

1. In a large bowl mash the banana, and mix the oats, almond milk, whey protein and maple syrup until well combined.

2. Pour 4/5 of the mix into a bowl (that can be placed in the oven)

3. Add the hazelnut spread, the remaining mix and top with raspberries.

4. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Take out and enjoy!
