Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cups

Made with just a handful of simple, natural ingredients, these bites of peanut-buttery goodness are the best way to get your day off to a good start.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

Toppings 

  • 80g peanut butter
  • 80g melted dark chocolate
  • 10g almond flakes

Cooking instructions

1. First, prepare a cupcake tray with 6 cake cases.

2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, light butter, maple syrup, and almond milk and mix until fully combined.

3. Divide the mix into the 6 cupcake tray, and bake the oatmeal cups for 10 minutes then allow to cool.

4. Then add 1 tbsp peanut butter to each cup.

5. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a pan of boiling water and add to the top of your oatmeal cups.

6. Top with almond flakes and chill in the fridge again until set, usually around 1 hour.

7. Enjoy immediately or keep in the fridge for when you’re craving something sweet.
