TERMS OF THE CHALLENGE
Everyone can participate in the challenge, however, to have a chance to win any of the prizes you should follow the rules below:
- You should have a "before" and "after" the challenge photo of yourself, taken from two sides, indicating clearly that is YOU in the photo!
- Both photos should be taken at the same place eg. Your house, gym etc. under similar conditions.
- The "before photo", should be taken within 3 weeks before the challenge, or anytime afterwards (but this is against you).
- The "after photo" should be taken any time within the duration of the challenge, or within after 3 days, the challenge is over.
- Any photos not taken within these time frames should not be considered.
- If anyone reaches the desired weight before the competition is over, he/she may take the "after photo" anytime and is not required to follow the plan until the challenge is over.
Winners will be announced one week later after the challenge ends and will be uploaded to our site, and to our social media!
