How does it work?

Once purchasing the Strength & Conditioning plan you get access to our weekly training programming on our website.  The plan is updated every Sunday evening, 19:00 GREECE TIME, UTC + 2.

How do subscriptions work?

To make it stress-free for you, your subscription will not renew automatically. Should you wish to continue with further training programs, you will have to renew on a monthly basis.

Why this program exist?

We wanted to offer a program for individuals that wish to follow a challenging, structured functional program, which covers all training modalities.

Who is the program for?

This program is designed for athletes or fitness enthusiasts with an athletic background, that wish to improve their physical capacity and get their body in the best shape.

What equipment do I need?

  • Barbell, and bumper plates
  • Box
  • Jump rope
  • Pull up bar
  • Med ball
  • Pair of dumbbells/kettlebells
  • Rack (optional)
  • Rower/Assault bike/ski-erg (optional)

What if I don't have access to all equipment?

We are more than happy to provide alternative exercises, however, if your available equipment is very limited we suggest you have a look on our Customized Training plan here.

What does the program look like?

While most days will include a conditioning piece, there will also be strength training (Olympic or Power Lifts) 2-3 days/week. Each day’s workouts include warm-ups, cooldowns, and workout notes that clearly explain the intended stimulus, target scores, time caps, scaling options and more. Every minute of the program is laid out so you can get in and out of the gym on time.
