Tailor-made training plan

If you’re a parent, workout from home, have limited time, limited equipment, or travel a lot, then this tailor-made program is for you. Each workout will take about 60 minutes, designed with the equipment of your preference.

How does it work?

Once purchasing your program, you will receive a link by email with a questionnaire form to give us some information so we can design your tailored plan. Then you will receive your training plan in 2-3days by mail.

How do subscriptions work?

To make it stress-free for you, your subscription will not renew automatically. Should you wish to continue with further training programs, you will have to renew on a monthly basis.

Why this program exist?

We wanted to offer a program for individuals that have less time to train and/or have limited equipment.

Who is the program for?

If you’re a parent, workout from home, have limited time, limited equipment, or travel a lot, then this is the program for you

What equipment do I need?

This program is customized based on your available equipment, hence it requires minimal equipment. But please note, the more equipment you have, the more options you give us!

What should I do if I want more of a challenge?

If you have access to a gym, with full equipment, sign up for one of our membership plans, Strength & Conditioning or Functional Training.

What does the program look like?

While most days will include a conditioning piece, there will also be strength training (functional bodybuilding) 2-3 days/week. Each day’s workouts include warm-ups, cooldowns, and workout notes that clearly explain the intended stimulus, target scores, time caps, scaling options and more. Every minute of the program is laid out so you can get in and out of the gym on time.
