TERMS OF THE CHALLENGE

Everyone can participate in the challenge, however, to have a chance to win any of the prizes you should follow the rules below:

  • You should have a "before" and "after" the challenge photo of yourself, taken from two sides, indicating clearly that is YOU in the photo!
  • Both photos should be taken at the same place eg. Your house, gym etc. under similar conditions.
  • The "before photo", should be taken within 3 weeks before the challenge, or anytime afterwards (but this is against you).
  • The "after photo" should be taken any time within the duration of the challenge, or within after 3 days, the challenge is over.
  • Any photos not taken within these time frames should not be considered.
  • If anyone reaches the desired weight before the competition is over, he/she may take the "after photo" anytime and is not required to follow the plan until the challenge is over.

Winners will be announced one week later after the challenge ends and will be uploaded to our site, and to our social media!

How do I join the challenge?

Simply purchase any of the plans from this page and you're automatically in! You'll receive your plan at least three days before the beginning of the competition and also a welcome email from me explaining all the rest of the details.

Who can participate in the challenge?

This challenge can literally be done by anyone, anywhere in the world since it's all online-based and completely catered to you!

For who is the challenge for?

For anyone wishing to transform his/her body, either by gaining muscle or losing fat. At the same time, you will have the chance to win the cash prize money and many others. 

Will everyone follow the same nutrition plan?

Each one will have his own individualised nutrition plan, based on his/her food preferences, body composition etc. For more see our Nutrition page.

How the winners will be chosen?

We are looking for visible changes in your body. Abs are NOT the only criteria, neither the total weight loss! The more obvious transformations will be awarded.

How long is the challenge?

The challenge will last 8 weeks in total. However, if you are happy with your results, you can stop following the plan at any time, but make sure you have taken the "after challenge" photo, to be able to claim the prizes.

Can I do this if I'm quarantined or have minimal food choices?

Absolutely! This plan is designed with the foods you like to eat and have access to.

Can I just get the plan and not be a part of the challenge?

Yes! If you don't want to join the group or be part of the challenge, you don't have to. 

Do I need any tool to get started?

Actually, you don’t need anything to get started, however, we highly recommend you to have the following to help you achieve your goals:

  • A food scale to accurately measure the calories of the food you’re eating (most people underestimate big time!)
  • A bathroom scale to periodically weigh yourself so you can track your results.
  • Google account to be able to log in your weight in the sheet application for tracking purposes (this is optional)

What if I don't want my photo to be published after the challenge?

Your photos will never be published without your approval. However, if you are one of the winners your photo should be published as it is a term of the competition.

What does the nutrition plan look like?

Each day is composed of 3 – 5 meals based on what you choose in the questionnaire form. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are always included, while the snacks are optional. Meals are divided into categories based on their nutrient profile so that meals of the same category can be exchanged between different days.

Do I need any experience to use the nutrition plan?

Not at all, our nutrition plans are very easy to follow and require not any knowledge. You can also use our diet guide or our nutrition page for any other question you may have.

How do we track progress ?

Best way to track progress is with fat callipers, and own judgement based on the mirror. However, another useful tool is the bathroom scale. Random weighting in the scale is meaningless since body weight can be affected by various daily factors such as hydration/dehydration, bowel movement, consumption of a big meal very late, menstrual cycle (for women), stress and other phycological factors.  So, we have to follow some protocols for these numbers to make sense. To eliminate these factors as much as we can, we need to compute an average weight at the end of each week (so we need at least two bodyweight measurements), and we only compare these average values from week to week to see our progress.
