Wrap Omelette

Looking for a quick breakfast alternative? Then this wrap omelette is what you are looking for. Super easy to make and full-filling! A low-calorie version of it is also provided for those in low-calorie diets!

Tortilla Omelette

Ingredients

● 1 large whole wheat tortilla (60g)
● 2 eggs
● 1 mushroom, chopped
● 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
● 1/2 tomato, chopped
● salt & pepper
● 20g light cheese, grated

Lighter option

large tortilla wrap (60g) ➡ small tortilla (40g)
20g light cheese, grated➡ cottage cheese (40g)
2 eggs➡ 1 egg + 1 egg white

Cooking instructions

1. Put just a little oil in a bowl or use any light oil spray so the tortilla won't stick.

2. Put the tortilla in the bowl (make sure it is oven friendly).

3. Add the eggs and veggies.

4. Drizzle over salt, pepper and cheese.

5. Put in the oven 10-15 mins 200°C (400°F).

6. Take out of oven and enjoy!
