• Training plan: for those who want a tailor-made training program, based on their available equipment.
• Strength & Conditioning: A unique challenging membership training program for athletes, who which to improve their physical capacity.

The follow-up service was created for those enrolled in our nutrition programs, and wish to continue their nutrition journey until they reach their goals. With our follow up services, we make adjustments to the nutrition plan and provide additional feedback.

Our plans can be designed in English or Greek, using the Imperial system (feet, inches, pounds)  or Metric system (grams, centimetres)

All nutrition plans and the customized training plan will be sent via email in a pdf format.

For the Strength & Conditioning plan, once you have purchased it, you get access to our private page, which you have immediate access to the training plan. The training plan is updated every Sunday.

All products sold on this website are non-refundable, due to the nature of the products being digital with significant value and the inability to actually ‘return’ a physical product.
