  • Thaw Briefly: Once frozen, let the banana pieces thaw for about 5 minutes at room temperature. This will make them easier to blend.
  • Blend: Transfer the slightly thawed banana pieces to a high-speed blender or food processor. Add the 220 g of frozen raspberries and 200 g of cottage cheese.
  • If using protein powder: Add the 50 g of strawberry whey protein.
  • If omitting protein powder: Add a sweetener of your choice, such as melted white chocolate, honey, or stevia, to taste.
  • Process: Blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and has a creamy, ice cream-like consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
