About me
Since I was a child, I was involved in the Track & field, as a sprinter, participating in 100m, 200m and 400m races. Since then I have participated in countless international competitions, and I have earned many awards. Over the years my passion has grown more and more and eventually I have started studying Sports Science to be able to apply in practise all those principles I have learnt over the years.
At Dietsync, I design customized training plans for athletes involved in track and field, looking to improve their conditioning, strength, agility, speed and many more areas. My goal is to support athletes around the world to improve their performance and compete at a high level.
