Take a deeper dive with a focused 8-week program to develop motor control, aerobic capacity, strength, or develop your physique.

Core & Glutes

Build a strong bulletproof core, with only 3 training sessions per week. This program can be executed in parallel with your current workout program.

Level: Beginner

Equipment needed: Glute bands, dumbbells, Olympic barbell & plates (optional)

Duration: 25-60 min

Frequency: 3 /week

Functional bodybuilding

This program combines bodybuilding, with functional training and is designed for busy people who want to build up muscle mass, with a minimal amount of training.

Level: Intermediate

Equipment needed: Dumbbells or kettlebells, barbell & plates, pull-up bar(optional), rings, plyo box, cardio machine (optional), jump rope

Duration: 45-60 min

Frequency: 3 /week

Bodybuilding

An 8-week progressive program with the primary goal to maximize muscle hypertrophy for individuals in the intermediate-advanced stage of training advancement.

Level: Intermediate

Equipment needed: Gym machines (leg extensions, leg curls, lat pulldown etc..), dumbbells, Olympic barbell & plates, rack

Duration: 60-90 min

Frequency: 5 /week

Strength & Conditioning

This program is massively influenced by our key compound movements, with the goal to move well, get stronger & increase aerobic capacity.

Perfect for those wanting to be challenged with new movements and will ready you for both life and competition outside of the gym.

Level: Advanced

Equipment needed: Dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic barbell & plates, pull-up bar, rings, plyo box, medicine balls, any cardio machine, jump rope, sled (optional)

Duration: 60-90 min

Frequency: 6 /week

Do I have to choose one plan?

No upon purchase the e-book on this page, you receive all 4 training programs. Then it's up to you which program you will follow. You can even try all of them and see what it suits you more.

Can I combine them with other workout programs?

The Core & Glutes program can be easily combined with any other training program. However, for the rest programs should not be combined with other programs as they are already intense.

If I have questions about a specific movement what should I do?

Most of the exercises have a link on them, with a video demonstration. If you can't find the demo of any specific movement, just email us at info@diet-sync.com to provide you with a link and more details.
