Berries Smoothie Bowl

Looking for the perfect summer snack? Try this super healthy smoothie bowl! This snack is only 350 calories, with a massive 33 grams of protein!

BERRIES SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

● 200g of mixed frozen fruits
● 100g 2% Greek yoghurt (or any other plant-based yoghurt)
● 1 tsp of Goji powder (optional)
● 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

Toppings 

● 1/2 tsp chia seeds (5g)
● 50g fresh strawberries
● 10g almond flakes
● 1 tsp peanut butter (10g)

Cooking instructions

1. In a blender or food processor place frozen fruits, yoghurt, Goji powder and 1 scoop vanilla whey protein. Blend all until creamy.

2. Transfer smoothie into your favourite bowl and add 1 tsp of peanut butter. Just stir a bit.

3. Add chia seeds, almond flakes (or a mix of nuts) and fresh strawberries. (You can add any other of your favourite toppings).

4. Enjoy!
